1. The service
We sell access to proxy servers. The type, location, quantity and duration of each product are shown before you pay. Delivery times can vary, and some orders are confirmed by our team before delivery.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use our proxies for anything illegal, for fraud or abuse, to attack or disrupt other systems, to send spam, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access without refund if these rules are broken.
4. Payments and wallet
Prices are shown in US dollars. Funds added to your wallet can be used for current and future orders. Payments made through manual methods are credited after we verify your transaction.
5. Renewals and expiry
Each proxy is valid for the term you purchased. After it expires the proxy stops working unless you renew it.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, because proxies depend on upstream networks and suppliers.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
